Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in the year 1980. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier who was a nurse as well as Tom Bell - a television director - she is an American singer and actress. She has Polish (mother's) as well as German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen discovered her talents in entertainment as a young stage of her life. When she was in 1992, the actress went to her first audition. She was successful and got a role in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell 13, who was 13 at the time her mother enrolled to become an agent was also auditioned for advertisements for newspapers and television. Additionally, she began to take classes in acting privately. Bell had a small uncredited role as a character in Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell participated in the Drama and Music Club in Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz production at the high school she attended earned her the leading Dorothy part. Bell went to an institution called the Tisch School of the Arts where she studied Musical Theater at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York City. Bell dropped out of school in 2001 to take on the role of Becky of Tom Sawyer. In the is the year she had her first credit debut with Pootie Tang (2001), however, her performance was cut and her appearance exists only in the credit sequence. Bell appeared with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
