Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 in 1978. She is a well-known actress by her roles in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed as a member of The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime until March 2020. She oversees the Assassination Witness as well as part of the GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. As part of her role at GI TOC She focuses on assassinations - including disappearances in addition to violence of different kinds in the contexts of illicit economics. In addition to the organized crime aspect, her research is centered on the consequences of human rights and the international human rights law. Ana Paula holds an LL.M Cum laude in International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. In addition, she has an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations by Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula received a magnacum honors bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Legal and Social Sciences. Her experience as a lawyer includes four years of practice at a firm that specializes in public law litigation. She has also held assisting roles with non-governmental organizations that are based at Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
