Alyson Rae Stoner is an American actress, singer, and dancer. They have appeared in Cheaper by the Dozen Cheaper by the Dozen 2 as well as the Step Up series. Alyson started her career as a triple threat on the Disney Channel by co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. Then, in 2002, she became"The Little Pigtailed" Dancer in the music video of Missy Elliott in her music video Missy Elliott Work It. Alyson Stoner, born on 11 August 1993, is an American vocalist, actress, choreographer, model, and dancer who portrayed Max in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and is currently the voice of Isabella Garcia-Shapiro as well as Jenny in Phineas and Ferb. Her roles before that included Sally, Mike's Super Short Show.. She has now revealed her experiences of a 'four-year vegan/plant-based' lifestyle in an Instagram posting. Stoner introduced the post by saying she doesn't advise people on what's right for their body'. But, she wanted to discuss how ditching animal products has improved her physical and mental wellbeing.
